THE RUSSIAN WOMEN WORK MUCH AND GIVE BIRTH A LITTLE

The family is a female business. The given words are fair for many countries of the world, especially for Russia. Here on shoulders of women education of children, but also questions of the family budget lays not only unity maintenance in a family. Thus at times they do not receive support neither from the husbands, nor from the state. Children's grants or similar state tools of support of a family does not exist, except for payments to especially requiring large families. Therefore it is no wonder, that in interrogations of the woman estimate a situation in the families as "as a whole bad". And political changes of last years in any way have not improved position of women.

On the contrary, double cargo of work and a family which is born by women, has more likely increased, than has decreased. Exact data about employment are not present. The system of children's service does not work so smoothly, as during Soviet time. It is good, if this care is incurred by grandmothers or if the family presumes to employ to itself

Two ministries are engaged in affairs of a family in Russia: Ministry of Health and a Ministry of Labour and social development. Both of them are mainly concentrated to elimination of lacks of existing system. However the root of difficulties existing in the country lays more deeply: reorganisation of social system demands time and money. The state enterprises in Soviet Union were for their employees some kind of social insurance. They provided health services and gave places in kindergartens. To fill a blank formed after disappearance of these enterprises, to the politicians, prosecuting family subjects, till now it was not possible.

In Russia annually are born 1,2 million children while for maintenance of their population should be born two million. The birth rate indicator continues to fall. On the statistican, on each woman in Russia now on the average it is necessary only 1,24 children.
