To realise it it was possible thanks to efforts of parental committee of school.
 
In classes, near to an educational board, have placed stands on which the large font had been wrote a question:
WHY IT IS BETTER TO TEAR OFF THE PIECE OF KNOWLEDGE MORE?
All classes monthly participate in decorating of this question. Think out a plot, draw and compose. And then go to neighbours - are curious, and that at them. All who has updated the stand are awarded. And it is very simple, but it is effective: the director personally on change comes into a class, asks at present as they like a new variant, and to creators shakes hands, pats on a shoulder and speaks: it is thought fine up! For children it is very powerful award.
Certainly, the purpose of these actions - to involve and constantly to keep attention of pupils to the designated question. Our consciousness works under enough simple scheme: there is a question - there will be an answer. Here in these independent answers - all salt. It as you understand, simply the prices are not present!
 
It is necessary to admit, that over this question we reflected long enough, have touched set of variants. To draw attention, its formulation should be unusual, even, say, shocking. After all, to study, of course, it is heavy, it is the present work. And here "to tear off a piece of knowledge" - it not seems such difficult employment at all. Besides, in a word to "tear off" - active action, instead of passive expectation is concluded, that someone will come also something you will present. And the word "piece" - is very easily visualised in consciousness, after all as a metaphor it can be simply enough transferred on any objects.
 
Children draw also to a raven from a known fable, at which not small slice of cheese any there in a beak, and the whole cheese head behind the back, and the fisherman, at which huge hook on a fishing tackle, and a sandwich of the extraordinary sizes which is dragged from school by the pupil on the cart. What only there were no drawings. For example, children go for a holiday with balloons, and only the one who with a portfolio, pulls the Moon on a string.
 
Here so, through absolutely simple and even fantastic images they convince themselves of advantage of knowledge. Also that is important: without stresses and humiliation, without feeling of feebleness and, of course, without any violence from associates!
 
When they make out a question by all means discuss a drawing theme among themselves. During this discussion there are interesting events. On the one hand, the imagination of children strains, and at them motivations enough exotic type are born. For example, the considerable quantity of knowledge - will allow to develop экстрасенсорные abilities. And on the other hand, they exchange them among themselves, there are present "repollinations". And, the motives are more improbable, the more they amaze imagination of children and is easier take root: "to depart on other planet and to base there a new civilisation - without the big piece of knowledge it to make in any way it will not be possible".
 
Fantasy? Yes. But we will recollect, with what pleasure all of us read it. During discussions it "soars in air", as if pollen of trees during flowering. Meet, however, and absolutely not children's motives, for example:

Curiously, as parents will not stand aside, ask the teenagers: what you managed this time to think up? Interest of adults, their attention and a recognition - are very important for children of any age.

It pursues all the purpose to show: motivations to getting of knowledge can be much and each person can have something the. The priority, certainly, is given such which are connected with achievement of any purpose. Thanks to it those who, simply, wishes to avoid punishment or condemnation, remain in minority. And every year them becomes ever less.
 
The only thing, that at school is welcomed by nobody, this aspiration to the superiority over others. Earlier and teachers provoked at children such desires, allocating someone: you an asterisk, you the best, the first etc. Now are not present it. Aspiration to the superiority over someone - very artful piece: today are a knowledge, and tomorrow - can be, everything. After all for realisation of this motive the most various resources can be used: appearance, physical strength, money, communications, a post and even authority. We will recollect "дедовщину" in army! All abuse her, forgetting, of course, about sources of this unpleasant phenomenon. Proletariat dictatorship, сталинизм, a Hitlerism is all therefrom. And all defects of our today's life the reason have this warped one-sided motivation of people. The aspiration underside to the superiority - envy and desire to humiliate, "lower" someone. About it and a line from a joke known for all: " The cow is not necessary to me, it is necessary for me, that it has died at my neighbour ".
 
Creativity of children generates so much remarkable motives, that in this соревновательности there is no necessity. Well, when there is no anything else, then, of course, "and a cancer on безрыбье - fish" and when is - then what for?
 
Life - the big labyrinth. To find in it the way without worthy directing motives - it is very difficult. Around it is so much deadlocks and dark back streets … Remember, and "thread Ариадны" was necessary to "great heroes".
 
Children at school as bees in a beehive, constantly transfer each other the important information. They and are amazed, how them, such children's, creativity generates so much remarkable motives? Think out! Study to think out, instead of wait, when someone "will lay them rails and will tell: now you a tram - a route № 6". The last, likely, the most important thing.
 
Observing all it from the party, simply, you are surprised: where and why children do not wish to study? After all yet there was no such case that bees refused to collect the nectar from colours! What them to it stimulates?
 
At my place and the two more children, and I do not regret, that a question:
WHY it is better to TEAR off the PIECE of KNOWLEDGE MORE, hangs and in their rooms. They already know on it many answers.
Motives are that creates our desires. To stimulate desires is much more effective than any compulsion!
